(Pre-Renovation)

Light new tile, dark accents, and a fresh paint job are what makes this bathroom renovation a perfect example of how to keep a renovation beautiful and budget friendly.

This renovation started with an initial need to replace the dated vanity due to water damage. Mainly used by the young adults of the home, this entire bathroom was in need of an update without breaking the bank.

Tile and grout colour were kept clean, light and simple to give a fresh feel to the bathroom. The bathroom was re-painted to a more modern light grey to compliment the new tile colours versus the old baby blue.

Thankfully, the existing bath tub was still in great shape. To avoid unnecessary spending extreme caution was taken during the demo phase to preserve the tub from damages and therefore it was able to be still kept in place.

The real highlight of this renovation is definitely the new vanity with quartz countertop. Removing the small counter mounted tower cabinets frees up a lot more counter space, and gives the bathroom a bigger feel.

Some great finishing features to bring that dark contrast into the room are the showers new black faucet set, the black circular mirrored medicine cabinet, and 7” rectangle bar pulls installed on the vanity doors.

A great quick and simple renovation which provides an updated space for a frequently used bathroom by the kids in the house.
