The homeowners of this Toronto home were looking to sell their house, and were in need of a simple renovation to make the property standout. With only one washroom upstairs between the two bedrooms featuring the original brown builders tile, it was obvious that this room needed the update.

The entire room was gutted, and transformed into a three piece washroom that would be attractive to any new buyer. A shower niche was added to the back partition wall, and a new valve and black shower fixture installed for the shower. Four wet rated pot lights on a dimmer switch were added in this space to add some much needed light, and a new vanity and toilet with installed. A large medicine cabinet was installed to match the black and white theme in the room, along with the vanity faucet, shower bar, and towel bar.
